Role Summary We are searching for a Service Delivery Analyst based in Sydney to join our Technology team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this national support role you will provide Level 1 technical support to users within Australian Cricket, handling timely escalation and management of requests and incidents. The position is in‑house at our Sydney Olympic Park office, and you will work from the office four days per week. Responsibilities Maintain healthy rapport with customers and service providers. Triage and resolve reported issues. Provisioning requests in accordance with defined processes. Provide technical support on‑site or via remote‑access systems. Track and manage work records. Escalate issues to service providers or 2nd/3rd level when appropriate. Provide application and technical support for staff. Minimise system downtime by resolving incidents quickly. Investigate and implement measures to prevent future incidents. Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the IT ecosystem and its functions for various business units. Collaborate with other areas and personnel for delivery of IT services. Meet individual and department performance targets. Participate in applicable corporate or department projects. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent industry experience. Relevant industry certifications. ITIL Foundation certification. Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal and time‑management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Key Skills Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Intune (Autopilot), SharePoint, Entra ID. Operating systems (Apple, Windows, Android) and MDM devices. Basic understanding of laptops, workstations and iOS/Android mobile fleets. Desktop support – Windows 11 and Office suite. Cloud support – Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Entra ID. Basic networking/Wi‑Fi knowledge. Experience with IT service management applications, scripting, in‑person technology support. Flexibility to be on call for escalated technology issues at agreed times. Travel & Working Hours Although not essential, a willingness to travel and flexibility to work on weekends (as required) will be highly regarded.
