If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Responsibilities Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Pialba We are a small, 74-place centre with long-term staff, most of whom have been with us for 5 to 15 years. We are proud to say that our staff speak a variety of languages, including Māori and Italian, which is included into our diverse programming for the children in our care. We also enjoy incorporating our families’ cultures into the curriculum, helping to strengthen the connection between home and the centre.
