About The Role We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sydney team and deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse range of sectors—commercial, healthcare, education, mission‑critical facilities, and major transport infrastructure . You’ll play a key role in city‑shaping Metro Sydney projects and next‑generation data centres , while supporting broader building services initiatives nationwide. What You’ll Do Lead electrical design for single and multi‑disciplinary projects, ensuring best practice and compliance. Drive project delivery from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and technical risks. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other disciplines to achieve integrated solutions. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 6–10+ years’ experience in building services design (consulting environment preferred). Expertise in electrical systems for complex projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical analysis tools (ETAP or similar). Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
