Carwow WA is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Stock Controller to join our team. This is a key front-of-house and administration role for someone who understands the pace and structure of the automotive industry and can manage both customer interaction and vehicle stock administration. This role is not entry level. Prior experience in an automotive dealership or similar environment is essential. Key Responsibilities Front-of-house reception and first point of contact for customers Managing phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently Vehicle stock control, including data entry and record management Liaising with sales, workshop, and management teams Ensuring systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant Skills & Experience Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential Experience in stock control, dealership admin, or similar role Confident using dealership systems and general office software Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and well presented What We Offer Full-time, stable role in a growing used-car dealership Privately owned business with hands-on directors Supportive, professional team environment Opportunity for long-term growth with the business Note: This role requires automotive industry experience.
