Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor at Lacuna Clinical Psychology Company Description Lacuna is a small Mayfield (Newcastle) based psychology clinic created and run by clinical psychologists. We provide therapy to the Newcastle community that is attachment and trauma focused. We created the clinic we would want to attend, both in terms of the therapy we provide and the warm and inviting space we created. We are focused on providing a collaborative and comfortable space for clinical psychologists to socialise and nerd out about therapy as well. We spend time around our island bench drinking coffees and sitting outside in the sun on the patio during lunches together. Role Description We are looking to hire another Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Mayfield East, NSW to provide evidence based therapy to adults. We are open to part‑time or full‑time applicants and can offer employment which includes high quality training and supervision in an attachment and trauma informed private practice with a diverse client group. Contractor arrangements are also possible. Qualifications Full psychologist registration and endorsement as a clinical psychologist with AHPRA Eligibility to provide services under Medicare Experience and/or willingness to train further in attachment and trauma based approaches to psychotherapy Employment inclusive of psychodynamic supervision and training. A 65/35 percentage split between clinician and practice. No evening or weekend work and manageable case load. Dedicated on‑site administration support to handle all referrals, bookings and billing A small team with a strong culture of collaboration and peer support A thoughtfully designed clinic space with great people, free all‑day parking, a cosy fireplace and an excellent coffee machine Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Health Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
