Due to continued growth in our events portfolioThe Fresh Collective Brisbane is seeking experienced Function & Event Supervisorto join our dynamic service team. This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venuesWaters Edge at Portside Wharf Riverlife at Kangaroo Point and Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbanedelivering a diverse range of functions and events. No two days are the same The Role Full time position Annual salary at $75000 plus super Lead and manage events across multiple spaces Deliver outstanding client experiences across cocktail parties conferences and sit-down dinners Oversee all service aspects from setup to pack down Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism Whats in it for you : Genuine career growth opportunities within a respected and expanding hospitality group A supportive leadership team that values your contribution and development Ongoing training and development plus the chance to work alongside some of the best in the business Staff discounts across all our venues enjoy the perks of being part of the group What were Looking For 612 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor Must have previous function experience ideally in high-end or large-scale events Background in 5-star hospitality preferred Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Exceptional attention to detail Passion for creating memorable event experiences Youll also bring : Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid RSA certification RMLV certification desired About The Fresh Collective The Fresh Collective is a Sydney-based hospitality group operating a portfolio of cafs restaurants and stores while also providing catering and event services across iconic venues in Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane.
