This role offers a dynamic environment to design, build, and configure innovative applications that meet business process and application requirements. Security clearance Baseline (preferred) Location Ballarat – onsite 4-5 days per week Job Description As an Application Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading your team, collaborating with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development and advanced knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, along with other SAP technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge solutions while mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Key Responsibilities Application Development: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Innovation: Develop innovative applications that enhance user experience and address business needs. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability. Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment. Problem Solving: Provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. To be successful in this role you will have Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite is recommended. Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Administration, SAP BTP API Management, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform is suggested. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
