We’re now recruiting for aGeneral/Skilled Labourer to join our established team in the Bendigo area. This role will have you working across multiple of our farm sites located around the Bendigo and Shepparton regions. Reporting to the Farm Infrastructure Manager, this role supports repairs and maintenance across our farm buildings, sheds and general infrastructure – helping keep our sites running safely and efficiently. SunPork Company Benefits At SunPork you’ll enjoy a range of employee benefits including: Company Vehicle (assigned to each team of 2) Tools of the Trade Be a part of the establishment of a brand‑new division within SunPork About the Role This role is varied from day‑to‑day and is responsible for: Conduct general maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure Work in a team to identify requirements of improving current infrastructure Develop repair, maintenance and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures Work with stakeholders across multiple sites ensuring effective and efficient communication across the board About You We’re looking a person with the following skills/experience: Welder and Boilermaker certifications are strongly desired, however relevant experience will also be considered High Risk Working from Heights tickets – preferred but not essential General labouring experience Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a part of a wider team Ability to travel (in the company vehicle) to and from our farm sites as required SunPork Group is an equal opportunity employer.
