About the Opportunity Join us as Head Waiter, ideal for an ambitious section waiter or a seasoned professional ready to excel with the best. Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service. Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story. Manage your own section, guiding guests through the Yugen experience. About the Ideal Candidate Yugen team members are genuinely hospitable, versatile in restaurant skills, industry-aware, and driven by goals. You’ll need : Experienced in a similar front-of-house role within high-end or fine dining. Professional in appearance with a natural flair for multitasking. A clear communicator with strong leadership and attention to detail. Passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. Holds a current Victorian RSA.
