Merchandise Coordinator | Global Retail Brands We have an exciting opportunity within Global Retail Brands , Australia’s premier specialty kitchenware & homewares retailer with a network of over 270 stores nationwide. About the Role We are seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the Merchandise team by managing all promotional administration, system updates, and communication between Support Office and our national store network. This is a high-volume, fast-paced admin role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to respond quickly to incoming requests and deadlines. You will be central to ensuring all promotional changes, pricing updates, and communication are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming store queries relating to ticketing, pricing and general promotional enquiries Accurately load and maintain all pricing catalogues for stores and online Create department SSP roll-ups including pricing, tickets, callouts and VM information for each promotion Build tickets for all promotional events and collaborate with Marketing to confirm all callouts are included Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure all ticketing and promotional details are accurately reflected in VM packs Ensure all timelines are met while managing competing deadlines and multiple internal stakeholders About You 1–2 years experience in an admin-heavy role (Retail Support Office, Buying/Admin Assistant or strong Store Administration experience highly regarded) High level of Excel and computer literacy — able to work quickly and accurately Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with frequent deadlines Highly organised, detail oriented and able to prioritise tasks efficiently Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple Support Office departments and stores Why You’ll Love Working With Us You’ll be part of a dynamic national retailer where your accuracy and speed directly impact store execution and promotional success.
