Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join our collaborative and dynamic team based at our Kilsyth site in the Eastern suburbs. The Role We're looking for a skilled Demand & Supply Planner to take ownership of our demand forecasting process and ensure we have the right products in the right place at the right time. This role focuses primarily on forecasting, demand analysis, and S&OP support, with exposure to manufacturing supply planning to ensure supply plans accurately reflect production capabilities and business needs. You'll play a key role in building reliable forecasts, improving planning accuracy for manufacturing, and supporting our production teams with supply plans that consider demand, resources, and capacity. What You'll Do Maintain and improve the demand forecast through stakeholder engagement and system data management. Convert validated demand into supply plans aligned with manufacturing capacity and inventory targets. Generate weekly manufacturing supply plans and monitor factory adherence. Maintain inventory in line with safety stock policies and planning KPIs. Support the S&OP process with insights, risks, and recommendations. Identify opportunities and risks across demand and supply and improve planning processes. About you 3+ years in demand and/or supply planning in a manufacturing environment. Hands‑on with ERP systems and demand planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Relex). Strong analytical skills and able to influence stakeholders across functions. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and insights. Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory, and production planning, with a focus on process improvement.
