Join us and accept the challenge of creating a better tomorrowJob DescriptionAs an Associate Cloud Ops Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide support to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.This a BAU/ Support focused role, on a daily basis you will support the digital ops team. Key responsibilities include supporting and developing the digital ops team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly in AWS will be required.A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong team mentoring, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships. You'll perfect your skills alongside a talented and collaborative team while enjoying the recognition, progression and extensive benefits of a global organisation.QualificationsPrior experience in an entry level cloudops role is required Experience with Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement in a service provider environment Experience in cloud infrastructure – Amazon AWS Experience with optimisation, reliability, patching and security Administration of Linux /Windows Server A positive can-do attitude and professional approach to working with customers and with internal teams Up-to-date certifications Excellent communication skills Demonstrated collaboration skills and a successful track record in building strong relationships. with business and technology stakeholders. Managed Services experience preferred.
