Design, Manufacturing & Systems – Melbourne Superfluoro is a growing design‑led joinery and systems business working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and advanced manufacturing. We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Joinery Salesperson/Estimator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for joinery projects. Value engineer and optimise projects. Assist in closing deals and negotiating payment terms. Meet the monthly estimating target. Update the internal CRM system regularly. Build rapport and maintain close relationships with new and existing clients. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are processed accurately and on time. Analyse materials and labour costs. Maintain and update pricing databases and tender documentation. Meet clients on site and in our office. Skill Requirements 2+ years of experience in architectural joinery estimation. Strong technical understanding of custom joinery, including manufacturing process, installation process, common materials, hardware brands, and characteristics. Strong understanding of construction project stages. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and plans. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Especially Excel). Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent analytical and maths skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities (high importance). Experience working with high‑value projects ($100k – $1.5mil). Previous sales experience will be highly regarded.
