Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We're now looking for a dedicated and hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our service team across a variety of dining experiences. Job Description Step into a leadership role with Pullman Cairns International as a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor. We're looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a renowned 5-star hotel brand, overseeing service across Coco's Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and our diverse conference and event spaces. In this hands‑on role, you'll supervise daily operations across multiple outlets, leading and supporting the team through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event service. With a focus on delivering seamless, high‑quality experiences, you'll play a key role in maintaining service standards and fostering a positive team culture. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential. Responsibilities Supervising day‑to‑day operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Leading, training, and motivating team members to perform at their best. Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and payroll processes. Collaborating closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care. Upholding brand standards and contributing to a supportive team environment. Assisting with stock control and inventory management. Qualifications Proven food and beverage leadership experience, ideally in a hotel or resort. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded. Strong leadership and communication skills. A hands‑on, service‑focused approach with a sharp eye for detail. Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
