About The Role The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the inventory for the Global Supply Chain network of our Nude By Nature and Makeup Cartel products to ensure the right service is delivered. This position will ensure that optimal stock policy is established and maintained in order to maximise business revenue and profitability. Actively communicate and inform business stakeholders about inventory status and potential risks. Role & Responsibilities Drive and support the S&OP process, developing production and supply plans across global markets. Lead replenishment planning and stock allocation for subsidiaries, ensuring optimal service levels. Monitor demand and inventory risks, communicating shortages and adjusting supply plans proactively. Manage inventory flows, including logistics coordination, stock transfers, NPD launches, and phase-outs. Generate weekly order plans and monthly production forecasts for 3rd‑party manufacturers. Partner with cross‑functional and regional teams to improve planning processes, reporting, and service performance. Skills & Experience 4+ years' supply chain or inventory planning experience, ideally in beauty/FMCG and omni‑channel environments. Proven capability working with planning systems/MRP and large SKU portfolios across a global network. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability to interpret, model and present data. NetSuite experience is highly regarded. Skilled in stakeholder management, communication and building cross‑functional relationships. Self‑starter with strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving ability and adaptability in fast‑paced environments. Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field.
