The Opportunity We are seeking experienced laser bucket and scraper operators to join our team on a full‑time basis on multiple projects in Northwest and Western NSW. Flat hourly rate between $40 to $60 based on experience and qualifications. ABN holders welcome to apply. Operating late model John Deere, Case and Caterpillar Scrapers. Flexible work arrangements available. Meal and living away from home allowance when applicable. Vehicle allowance supplied for the right candidate. Salary packaging options through our partnership with Maxxia. The right candidate will need the following Experience in civil construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, cut to fill and work in irrigation would be favourable. Experience in field levelling, channels and irrigation would be favourable. Experience with Trimble and Ezi-Grade GPS would be an advantage. To be considered 2+ years of experience operating laser buckets, scrapers and other equipment experience/skills. RII tickets or equivalent qualifications for one or more of the above‑mentioned machines. Be able to provide contact details of at least three work referees.
