Because together, we can create a better world.The Opportunity:As a SAP FICO Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of SAP Finance support and project services to Visy and Pratt Industries. From operational support to project management, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and excellence in our SAP Finance functions. Reporting to the Service Lead - SAP Finance, this role will be based at our office in Coburg, Vic.Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Provide operational support of SAP Finance functions for Visy & Pratt Industries.Supporting various internal/external applications integration to SAP Finance systemsActive involvement in month end closing activities related to Finance module in SAPManage response and resolution times, ensuring swift and effective support.Utilize project management frameworks for efficient project delivery within Visy's ITSM tool.Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement practices within the SAP Finance team.Collaborate with the Service Lead – SAP Finance to enhance delivery to customers.Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and SAP Finance offerings.What you’ll need to bring to the role:Solid hands-on experience within SAP FI/COExperience in cross-functional integration with core SAP and non-SAP applications.Experience in BAU and SAP Financial application support.Experience in OpenText- VIM, CO-PC, CO-PA would be favourable.Experience in PS, Fiori and Concur would be viewed favourably.Experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar.Ability to make informed decisions on complex business and technical issues.Team player with self-reliance and the ability to work independently.Understanding of applications/software development life cycle.Manage Business Process reviews, analysis, plan, and implement improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.When you join Visy, you’re joining a global leader dedicated to making serious progress in the sustainable packaging, recycling, re-manufacturing, and logistics industries.
