With 8+ years of secured pipeline, this is a rare opportunity to build a long term career on major, high quality builds. You’ll work across large scale, mixed-use, hotel and residential developments and commercial new build projects. Why This Role? What You’ll Be Doing Managing contracts, procurement, scopes, and variations Cost control, reporting, and supporting site delivery teams Working closely with PMs and Senior CAs to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery Building strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants Gaining exposure to significant, complex structures and high‑value packages What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction Strong communication, organisation, and financial management skills A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from highly regarded senior staff Someone who wants long‑term development, stability, and exposure to major builds Our client offers a supportive and challenging environment that encourages growth and development.
