Support Worker - Locations across Sunshine Coast & Caboolture Opportunity: Complex Support Workers The Co-Group Limited is seeking multiple Experienced Complex Support Workers experienced in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours, including verbal and physical aggression, and skilled in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) . Key Responsibilities Support clients with mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, autism, trauma, and challenging behaviours. Provide care following Personal Support Behaviour Plans (PSBP) and company guidelines. Promote independence, personal growth, and community reintegration while managing challenging behaviours. Maintain accurate documentation of care, incidents, and shift notes. Work across morning, evening, active awake, and sleepover shifts. About You Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) – desirable, not mandatory. Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle. Blue Card (Working with Children Check) for paid employment.
