We are seeking a friendly and customer‑focused Cafe Allrounder to join our dynamic team at Milk and Beans' in Alexandra Headland, Queensland. This is a casual role that will see you assisting with a variety of tasks across our popular cafe. As a Cafe Allrounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our cafe. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry who is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced, vibrant environment. What you’ll be doing Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner Preparing and serving a range of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, and light meals Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including clearing and setting tables, and restocking supplies Assisting with general cafe operations as required, such as helping with inventory management and cash handling Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for all our patrons What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy cafe environment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team What we offer At Milk and Beans', we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.
