We genuinely care for and value our people. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome and engage showroom guests, providing an exceptional customer experience. Present our range of Car Care products, highlighting the benefits and value they bring to vehicle ownership. Support the Car Care team with customer enquiries, product sales, and administration. Manage front‑of‑house operations, including reception, phone enquiries, and lounge areas. Assist with internal events, training sessions, and showroom activities. Achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks in collaboration with the Sales team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to cross‑train between concierge and our Car Care department, giving you a well‑rounded experience in a premium automotive environment. Join us if you are: Professional, polished, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Experienced in reception, concierge, or sales roles, or keen to develop your career in automotive sales. Confident and articulate in verbal and written communication. Available to work a 11‑day fortnight, including weekends and some public holidays; (You will receive rostered days off during the week.) and Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and quick to pick up new systems.
