Pharmacy Account Manager – Queensland Apply for the Pharmacy Account Manager – Queensland role at Resmed . Job Summary As the Pharmacy Account Manager, you will foster relationships with designated accounts (customers) to drive interest in the product portfolio and innovative clinical practices with the goal of achieving ANZ Business Objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned Pharmacy accounts. Partner with Pharmacy Accounts to develop and execute sales plans and deliverables with the intent of achieving revenue targets. Identify new sales opportunities and implement additional services to facilitate growth. Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to provide updates related to customer locations. Deliver high‑quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, ensuring ResMed’s products and services are well represented in the field. Work collaboratively with internal business units including Finance, Marketing and Distribution to deliver objectives in line with ANZ Revenue team’s Strategic Imperatives. Collaborate with sales, customer service, distribution, marketing and finance to optimize the service offering and deliver high customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrable experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Five years of related successful Business‑to‑Business sales experience. Proven business acumen and communication skills. Experience with CRM and analytical tools (Salesforce and Tableau preferred). Highly motivated, collaborative and possess a strong drive to succeed. Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare related field. Experience with Salesforce.com or another customer resource management program is a plus.
