Overview Castle Hill BMW is hiring a Pre-Delivery/Reconditioning Technician to join our Service Team. This role prepares new and used vehicles for display and delivery, ensuring presentation, safety, and mechanical integrity. You will also recondition pre-owned vehicles to enhance their quality and value. Joining will mean becoming a member of a very successful, driven and supportive team. Responsibilities Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet BMW standards before handover. Carry out reconditioning work including minor mechanical repairs, cosmetic enhancements, and safety checks. Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance and identify any issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet delivery timelines. What We Need From You A relevant trade qualification Previous experience in a pre-delivery or automotive technician role Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to quality A strong work ethic Full NSW driver’s license and sound driving record A current and valid driver’s license About Us Castle Hill BMW is part of the Sime Darby Group.
