Selection Criteria


SC 1 Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching and learning and a proven ability to run an engaging and high calibre French program.

SC 2 A commitment to ongoing professional learning in a number of teaching areas and a demonstrated ability to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning.

SC 3 Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and using data to inform teaching for improved student outcomes and reporting to parents and carers.

SC 4 Demonstrated ability and commitment to building and fostering an inclusive learning environment and an ability and commitment to contribute to whole school improvement and initiatives.

SC 5 Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills including the ability to develop constructive relationships with staff, parents and students.
