We’re looking for a motivated HR Driver / Storeperson to join our dynamic team, responsible for the collection, delivery, and handling of import, export, and general cargo in a time‑sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver freight locally across Melbourne Metro, including runs to Melbourne Airport and ports. Accurately check, load, and offload cargo, ensuring all goods are safely secured for transport. Operate a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic rules and company health and safety standards. Unload freight deliveries and containers using correct WHS and manual handling procedures. Support warehouse and forwarding departments in general operations, including palletising, labelling, dispatching, and maintaining high 5S standards. Handle import/export documentation and liaise professionally with customers, airlines, cargo terminals, customs, and internal teams. Identify and set aside quarantine products for inspection, and report any product defects or issues promptly. Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition. About You Proven experience in driving HR trucks and warehouse operations and a valid HR driver’s licence. Solid understanding of the Victorian road network and Melbourne Metro region. Strong knowledge of WHS, OHS, and safe manual handling practices. Ability to prioritise workflow, manage time effectively, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety‑first practices. Team player with excellent time management and a safety‑first mindset.
