SUMMARY Senior Occupational Therapist – Lead Clinician Location: Melton Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Salary: $103,000 – $130,600 total package (incl. super), plus performance bonuses, relocation and other incentives. THE ROLE As a Senior OT you will provide advanced clinical services and supervise a team of four Occupational Therapy Clinicians. You will shape a growing team, influence clinical quality and continue delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families. LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISION Provide clinical supervision to 4 Occupational Therapy Clinicians (OTCs) Support skill development, clinical reasoning, and caseload management Lead peer‑learning, quality improvement, and discipline‑specific development Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and service development initiatives EXPECTATIONS Realistic target of five billable hours per day , including documentation, planning, reports, and travel Protected non‑billable time for supervision and team leadership No pressure to overbook – bonuses commence from 80% caseload WHY JOIN?
