You will manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with our marketing goals. Great culture and team environment 12-month day rate contract (possibility for extension) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement full-funnel advertising strategies. Identify and prioritize key media channels with the Paid Media Manager. Collaborate with content, creative, product, and analytics teams for consistent messaging. Manage end-to-end campaign execution and optimization. Use advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant prospects. Leverage data and insights to monitor and improve campaign performance. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for effective ad creatives. Integrate advertising efforts with other marketing channels. Provide detailed performance reports and post-campaign analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and perform competitive analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 8+ years of experience in managing full-funnel advertising campaigns. Expertise in paid media platforms and analytics. Strong analytical and creative skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Full Australian working rights, no sponsorship.
