The role: We’re on the lookout for an Account Assistant or Account Executive (depending on experience) who’s passionate about marketing. As part of our Account Service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting across paid media (full funnel), content, creative, and PR & earned channels — helping to bring seamless, impactful campaigns to life for our clients and partners. Support the project management of paid media and integrated campaigns; helping track timelines and coordinating internal teams to deliver against them. Work closely with the Account Managers and Directors to deliver account management excellence. Assist in the day-to-day client communications across multiple accounts. Help to prepare campaign documents, reports, and presentations. Draft and refine creative briefs and collate client feedback for the creative team. Assist with PCR reporting and gathering actionable insights. Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned. Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and clients. What we’d love to see from you: A genuine passion for brand building, creativity, and performance-driven marketing. Strong organisational skills — you like to keep things moving and under control. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. A collaborative mindset — you believe teamwork makes the dream work. A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. What we’re looking for: Agency experience essential — 6–12 months across social, digital, creative or integrated agency. Exposure to media account management (briefing, timelines, client servicing basics). An understanding of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, creative and earned is a bonus. Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail. What success looks like: Positive client and internal stakeholder feedback. Contribution to smooth project and campaign delivery. Demonstrating growing understanding and passion for our clients’ campaigns. Reliability, attention to detail, and proactive support to the wider team.
