Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane / Remote (Hybrid options available)Employment Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated AI Developer to join our innovative team focused on building intelligent solutions using machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI. This role involves developing production-grade AI models and integrating them into scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications Build and optimize data pipelines for training, testing, and inference Work with large language models (LLMs), NLP frameworks, and generative AI tools Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance post-deployment Document models, processes, and experiment results Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies Required Skills & Experience: 3–5+ years experience in AI/ML development Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion) Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling Experience with REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field Desirable (Bonus) Skills: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) Familiarity with reinforcement learning or deep learning at scale Contribution to open-source AI projects or research publications Experience integrating AI into mobile or web apps What We Offer: Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world impact projects Supportive, collaborative, and learning-focused team culture Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid) Competitive compensation and equity (for select roles) #J-18808-Ljbffr
