Job Description We’re seeking a Speech Pathologist at any stage of their career who’s ready to take the next step. You will join our fun and collaborative multidisciplinary team. We want to support you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression Successful candidate will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Tamworth, Watsons Creek, Upper Manilla, Gunnedah, Wallabadah & surrounding areas. Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests. You might find us in childcare centres, schools, homes and even outreach locations (as part of our AAA Adventurer Program). Our team are a mix of experience levels and enjoy coffee, memes, and our monthly meeting, well‑being check ins and upskilling in clinical areas. We work closely with the MDT and can be found regularly lunching together and celebrating our wins. Whether you are keen on coming out and spending time as a team, or your family life and home is your priority – there is a place for everyone Your role will include: Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services Our Early Years caseload (0‑5) – Early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school‑readiness) School‑aged children (5‑18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation. Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
