Overview Warehouse Data Analyst – a full‑time, 18‑month fixed‑term contract for Specsavers. We’re building a new, upgraded technology infrastructure across our warehouses and MGS Lab. The role reports to the Head of Warehousing and involves collaborating with warehouse management teams to document workflows, support end‑to‑end project implementation, and ensure system outputs meet business objectives. Responsibilities • Document current workflows and support project implementation including planning, assessment, and execution.• Ensure system outputs meet business objectives through detailed analysis and documentation.• Identify process improvements using real‑time data.• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans and scripts, managing defect resolution, and ensuring smooth system integration.• Work with stakeholders to define and validate data requirements, oversee data preparation for all project phases, and develop automated processes for system data loading. Qualifications Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills – essential. Experience using and implementing Warehouse Management Systems – essential. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, with process mapping experience – highly valued. Practical experience generating process documentation, reports & analysis. Strong communication skills – able to engage effectively across all levels, including senior stakeholders such as Directors and Heads of Department. A self‑starter with strong initiative, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
