You will play a crucial role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and live more independently. You will provide a range of support services tailored to each individual's unique needs, including: Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Providing education to clients and caregivers and creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults) Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and creating and reviewing goals based on the outcomes of assessment. Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals with consent. Essential Criteria: Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology. Current SPA registration. Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing. Minimum of 2 years experience.
