Our Site Supervisors don’t just oversee work — they actively participate in it, setting the tone for safety, productivity and quality. This role is fully site‑based and hands‑on . It’s suited to someone who thrives in physical construction environments, enjoys machine work and leads by example. At ARW, you’ll be working with South Australia’s best retaining wall machinery fleet — well‑maintained, modern excavators, skid steers, trucks and purpose‑fit vehicles that allow you to work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Role As a Site Supervisor at ARW, you’ll take ownership of works from set‑up through to completion and hand‑over — on site, every day . You will work directly alongside your crew, setting out jobs, operating excavators and skid steers , coordinating sequencing and solving construction challenges in real time . Your leadership will be visible, practical and grounded in experience. This is not an office role, it’s for a leader who wants to build, guide and deliver — on the tools and on site. What You’ll Be Responsible For Working hands‑on on site alongside your crew Setting posts and overseeing accurate set‑outs Operating excavators, skid steers and site machinery Leading sequencing, daily workflow and execution of works Maintaining high standards for safety, quality and efficiency Interpreting plans and applying practical construction solutions Providing real‑time problem‑solving and technical guidance Mentoring installers and developing future supervisors Supporting productivity targets without cutting corners Working closely with Construction Management to improve site systems About You You’re a working leader — respected because you show up, get involved and know the job inside and out. You’re comfortable in physically demanding environments and confident guiding teams through complex builds. You take pride in setting standards through action, not instruction.
