Field Technician – Mould Remediation, Restoration & Sanitisation Due to increased work demand, we are looking for two people to join our Operations team on a casual basis, with potential for part-time or full-time roles in the future. We specialise in mould remediation, restoration, and sanitisation. Our clients include homeowners, real estate agents, builders, food manufacturers, animal hospitals, community housing organisations, and commercial businesses. Your New Role In this casual role you will travel to jobs across Greater Sydney using your own car or taking public transport. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will represent Nanotise at client sites completing mould remediation, restoration, and sanitisation jobs. This hands‑on role is varied, with customer engagement being key to success. Key responsibilities include: Understand and implement jobs allocated to you in a timely manner Undertake mould remediation and/or restoration using advanced equipment and cleaning techniques, and implement structural drying where required (training provided) Perform small scale demolition work (e.g., cabinet strip outs, carpet removal) Anticipate and report issues to management Ensure work is performed to standard, and deliver quality customer service Document completed work using a smartphone app Maintain safe work practices on site (training provided) What we’re looking for Practical experience in a hands‑on role (e.g., tradie apprentice, technician, labouring, restoration, building, cleaning, sanitisation, mould remediation, landscaping) Physically fit, able to lift and carry 20kgs with ease Practical ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to learn and 100% trustworthy Willingness to travel to various locations across Greater Sydney (own car or public transport) Experience with hand tools (ideal) Experience in adhering to and following a set of steps to complete a job Experience using a smartphone app (ideal) Possess a current White Card (or willing to obtain one) Willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check and current Police check The right to work in Australia What’s in it for you $37.50 per hour + Super Potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role Fun, supportive and ‘can‑do’ company culture Both on‑the‑job and formal training provided Please note: You will need to provide your own mobile phone.
