Location & Working Conditions Based at Lara Aged Care, Dungog Permanent, full-time - relocation support available A supportive team environment, stable employment, ongoing training & development and the monetary benefits of working for a 'Not for profit' organisation Role Overview As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be based in our residential aged home, Lara Aged Care, Dungog, and will be responsible for providing leadership to the team, ensuring high quality care and service delivery. Lara Aged Care is a home to 64 seniors who require medical/rehabilitative, dementia and restorative care. Responsibilities Provide clinical and holistic support to each resident to achieve their individual health goals. Drive great clinical, social and emotional outcomes for our residents. Lead and manage the care team to deliver high quality services. Selection Criteria Current AHPRA registration is essential. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential. Studying toward or have a postgraduate qualification in Aged Care or similar is highly regarded. Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities. Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills. A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, person-centred and relationship-based care principles.
