A well-established, family‑run pest control business based in Marino is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to take full ownership of office operations. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day administration, coordinate operational workloads, and support senior management with key projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, values variety in their work, and enjoys being the central point of coordination for a small team. Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles is desired. About Us Termite Free Naturally is a family‑owned and operated business providing South Australians with environmentally friendly termite prevention and eradication services since 1995. We provide environmentally friendly domestic and commercial termite eradication solutions with minimal chemical intervention. As a specialist pest control company, our sole focus is termites. Our approach to termite control focuses on addressing the root of the issue: the colony itself. By targeting and eliminating termite colonies through monitoring, trapping and baiting systems and direct eradication methods, we provide a comprehensive termite service for our customers targeting the cause, not just the symptoms. About the Role As the Administration Manager, you will work in cooperation with all staff and management to oversee all daily administrative and office operations requiring minimal supervision, ensuring a professional and reliable service to our customers. You will be required to provide a high level of accurate and efficient administrative support to the leaders of Termite Free Naturally, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction. The position is 30+ hours per week over 5 days, with flexibility and the ability for hours to be adjusted for the right person. Core Duties Preparing documents, reports, and customer correspondence Co‑ordinate daily scheduling for our pest controllers Managing emails, calls, and general admin tasks Liaising with customers over the phone and via email Accounts payable and receivable Bookkeeping duties including processing payments, payroll and bank reconciliations BAS and PAYGW lodgements Assist with HR administration Oversight and implementation of company policies and procedures Monthly budgeting and profit and loss reporting Fleet Management Managing compliance such as SA Health licensing and ATO requirements Management of social media accounts and content Various other duties as required Essential Skills and Experience Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Experience with MYOB is desired, or the ability to quickly learn new accounting software A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles Knowledge of Customer Records Management systems Strong aptitude for learning new software and systems Strong interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail Highly organised Strong work ethic Ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines How to apply If you believe your skill set and experience makes you the ideal candidate for this position, please forward your covering letter and resume addressed to the Office Manager via the apply now button on Seek.
