Position Overview As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that focus on key areas such as Leadership, Conflict Management, Psychological Safety, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health, Trauma-Informed Care, Vicarious Trauma, and more. You will work with professionals from a wide range of industries, helping them develop essential skills and strategies to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness. This role will commence in 2026. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions on diverse topics, ensuring that participants acquire practical skills and knowledge. Facilitate training for professionals across various sectors, with an emphasis on fostering growth, resilience, and mental health awareness. Develop training materials and resources to support the learning experience, ensuring clarity and accessibility. Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to assess the effectiveness of training programs, incorporating feedback to continuously improve delivery and content. Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and best practices in training methodologies, particularly within the mental health and therapeutic domains. Proficiently manage both face-to-face and online training environments, utilizing platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and other relevant technology. Desirable Qualities of an Ideal Candidate Expertise in Subject Matter: Deep knowledge in mental health, therapeutic approaches, and professional development, coupled with the ability to present complex topics in an accessible and engaging manner. Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate concepts to diverse audiences. Adaptable and Solution-Oriented: Comfortable tailoring training methods to meet the unique needs of different groups and adjust approaches based on participant feedback. Engaging and Inspirational: A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and build trust with learners, fostering an environment where participants feel empowered to grow and improve. Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve training objectives. Continuous Learner: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. Qualifications Relevant certifications in training, education, or mental health. Proven experience as a trainer, with a track record of successfully delivering engaging educational programs. Experience in designing and creating training materials. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for fostering professional development and supporting others' growth.
