Responsibilities Partner with the business and technology team to deliver technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes Lead development of NRL’s critical technology assets that enhance fan engagement and stakeholder experiences Provide hands‑on technical leadership whilst mentoring engineers to raise the bar Build modern, scalable full‑stack applications that delight millions of fans Champion quality, automation and continuous improvements Qualifications Strong full‑stack development experience (5+ years) with proven technical leadership (2+ years) Deep understanding of authentication, security, and high‑traffic web architecture Strong understanding and experience of modern digital platforms and technologies such as Optimizely, Auth0, React, and Next JS Experience in working with CI/CD practices and DevOps framework Leadership qualities that embody partnership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement Child Safety The NRL is a child‑safe organisation committed to providing a safe place for all children to learn and have fun.
