Join a team that values growth and supports a balanced life. This position is based in the southern side of the Bowen Basin. Work / Life Balance This role offers a 4 on – 4 off/3 on – 3 off roster, allowing long weekends every week. The schedule is day‑shift only. Work Schedule 4 on 4 off Mon-Thurs – 3 on 3 off Tues-Thurs Great teams, long term employees Requirements Experience working in a mining environment Coal Board Medical clearance Standard 11 Statement of Attainment or BMA Core SOA Confined Space, GTA & Working at Heights competence Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Great communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to liaise with both management and clients Uncompromising attitude to safety Why work with us?
