Analyst, Private Wealth Sales Support

###**What we do:**As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $140.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $845.3 in non-discretionary assets as of June 30, 2025.**The Opportunity:**As an Analyst, you will assist in providing support to Hamilton Lane’s clients and support business development aspects related to the management of our Australia private wealth channel prospect relationships, supporting senior salespeople based in Sydney.**Your responsibilities will be to:*** Act as internal support for various sales and client related activities including:* Maintain sales activities and new business pipeline in the CRM* Manage the coordination efforts for presentations and meetings with prospects and clients, including follow-up data.* Assist in the creation of presentation materials* Attend and document virtual and in person prospect and client meetings and onsites* Help organise investment road shows and events in conjunction with client solutions and events teams* Monitor periodicals to identify published searches for new business opportunities* Assist the RFP team in reviewing, editing, and submitting of RFPs,* Work directly with other representatives throughout the firm to ensure superior level of client service* Collect and analyze data related to prospective client proposals and report trends and findings to senior management.
