Assisting with meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Engaging in meaningful activities that bring joy and connection. Documenting care accurately and professionally. Building genuine relationships that make our residents feel truly at home. About You A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential). Experience in aged care or community care (desired). A commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in care.
