About our school Holy Spirit is a vibrant, happy and welcoming Primary School. We are a close-knit community with a strong connection to our Parish in Bray Park. Each year level is comprised of three classes, supported by a comprehensive Learning Support Team and School Officers. Student wellbeing and progress is central. Our Year Level Teams work collaboratively to prepare and plan for optimal engagement for all students; each Team is well supported by the Primary Learning Leader and other key personnel. Location: Holy Spirit – Bray Park Start date: 24/01/2026 Work hours: 12.00 hours per week Salary: $39.44 + super (School Salary Scale) Status: Term Time Continuing Ad close date: 5/01/2026 Contact: Joanne Boyle | *******@bne.catholic.edu.au About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures. Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school. Delivering and advising staff, students, and the school community on policy updates and publishing via appropriate channels. Facilitating the completion and reporting on risk and compliance tasks through the appropriate avenues. Advising and facilitating the conduct of risk assessments by responsible staff members for school events. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Expertise in developing, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes. Strong understanding of legislation, regulations, and guidelines to interpret and apply within a school setting. Ability to communicate policy updates clearly to a wide variety of groups and stakeholders. Experience in managing and reporting on risk and compliance tasks effectively. Skilled in advising and facilitating risk assessments for events. Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma in a related field For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
