What You'll Do Chairside support — assist clinicians in delivering precise, safe, and confident treatment Sterilisation & room preparation — maintain a pristine, organised, and efficient clinical environment Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit Administrative support — assist reception when needed, including scheduling and patient communication Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence About You Dental assisting experience preferred — but we welcome passionate beginners Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (completed or in progress) ideal, not essential Clear, confident communicator with a positive and compassionate approach Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dental healthcare Availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as the clinic grows Why Join Us Be one of the first to shape the culture, standards, and success of our brand-new Melton clinic.
