About the Role Experience sunny WA while working We are looking for an Oral Health Therapist, who is friendly, a great communicator and above all a team player. Knowledge of D4W would be an advantage but not essential. OHT's play an integral role in our team, managing the communities hygiene appointments as well as helping dentist with their case load of restorations and even orthodontics. This is a very diverse role which would suit any candidate looking to exercise their full scope. You will enjoy a ready‑made patient base with a strong focus on preventive care and the use of modern technologies. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will allow you to deliver personal and professional customer service to uphold our high quality patient care. Responsibilities Managing community hygiene appointments. Assisting dentists in case load of restorations and orthodontics. Delivering preventive care and modern technology services. Executing full scope duties as an Oral Health Therapist. About the Practice Our practice is a modern, family friendly practice with many loyal patients. Our long established dental practice takes pride in delivering superior personalised dental care in a relaxed, caring and professional environment. In our busy practice we aim to create a comfortable atmosphere to help patients and staff feel at home. Our highly motivated team has a positive attitude towards patient care which is our paramount interest. Our Merredin practice is located halfway between Perth and Kalgoorlie in the beautiful West Australian Wheatbelt. The location offers a refreshing alternative to the pace of urban clinics and provides a chance to be a trusted member of the local community. In the Wheatbelt, access to healthcare can be limited, your work would make a meaningful difference in improving oral health for the local people and form strong community bonds. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor of Science (Oral Health Therapy) or equivalent. Experience not required, new grads welcome. Benefits Ultra‑modern practice with free car parking.
