Future Students Officer (TNE & Study Abroad) Join UNSW as a Future Students Officer focusing on Transnational Education (TNE) and Study Abroad. This full‑time, 35‑hour per week role supports UNSW’s global engagement and student mobility goals by recruiting and converting inbound study abroad students and promoting UNSW’s expanding transnational education programs. What You’ll Do Design and execute sales and conversion initiatives that align with UNSW Marketing & Digital Experience strategy to meet regional and channel commencement targets. Drive best‑practice sales operations, supporting the design and delivery of marketing and recruitment initiatives for TNE and study abroad markets, with a focus on enrolment quality, growth and diversity, strong enquiry and customer service management, effective collaboration with regional teams and sponsors, and improved ROI across engagement activities. Effectively utilise the UNSW CRM, ensuring future student information and key data is entered, stored and maximised for recruitment, conversion and enrolments. About You Relevant tertiary education and strong experience in sales, product management or marketing, or equivalent industry knowledge. Strong commercial acumen and KPI‑driven achievement orientation, able to set targets, prioritise work and review ROI. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic outcomes with pragmatic short‑term requirements to deliver successful outcomes with momentum. Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a complex matrix organisation. Strong relationship‑management skills with a proven track record of fostering internal and external networks. Experience implementing conversion and retention strategies through a CRM and lead‑management automation tools. Highly developed organisational and time‑management skills, with proven accuracy and detail. Ability to apply judgement, creativity, flexibility to generate new ideas and solve complex problems. Higher education experience across local and international markets is highly desirable. Commitment to UNSW values and understanding of relevant policies and guidelines.
