Trainers & Assessors - Business, Marketing & Leadership Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivers accredited training and assessments across Australia. With a focus on business qualifications, we empower students to develop the skills they need for a successful career in areas such as marketing, management, and business leadership. As we prepare for the 2026 academic term, we are expanding our team of remote trainers and assessors to meet the growing demand for high‑quality, flexible online learning. Job Summary Deliver & Assess: Conduct engaging online training and assessments for students in business and qualifications, including marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Student Support: Provide ongoing mentorship and constructive feedback to help students succeed in their studies and apply real‑world business concepts. Casual Trainers & Assessors – Business Qualifications We are seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver and assess the following business qualifications: BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business BSB50120 Diploma of Business BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management As a remote trainer, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home while delivering engaging online sessions and providing valuable support to students across Australia. You’ll be instrumental in helping students build their business skills in areas such as leadership, marketing, and communication. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality online training sessions and assess students enrolled in business qualifications. Provide constructive feedback to students through remote assessments and mentorship. Use online platforms and tools to create an engaging learning experience for students. Ensure training materials are current and aligned with industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and training activities. Conduct Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments when required. Collaborate with the team to improve and adapt training resources. Why Join Us? Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40111, TAE40116) or higher. Experience in the relevant industry (accounting, business, marketing, leadership, etc.). Strong communication skills, particularly in an online learning environment. Proficiency with online learning platforms and Microsoft Office (or equivalent). A self‑driven, organised approach to remote work. Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Ability to pass a National Police Check. Highly Desirable: Experience delivering training or assessments remotely. Advanced qualifications in Business, Marketing , or Leadership (Diplomas, or higher) or relevant certifications. Experience with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments.
