Your role The perfect candidate will have outstanding leadership skills and have a proven track record in management. This is an extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to lead this beautiful brand new Moss Vale centre. The successful candidate must have the ability to guide, mentor and empower the staffing team as well as the ability to identify and nurture each staff member’s individual strengths. You will lead teams to create innovative and exciting, high quality learning programs and build their reflective practices whilst demonstrating that you are highly organised, approachable and flexible. Your core responsibilities will include the following Lead day-to-day operations, creating a positive, enriching environment for children. Support and mentor a dedicated team of educators, promoting a collaborative team environment. Maintain high-level compliance with all regulatory requirements under the National Quality Framework. Build strong relationships with families, children and the wider community. Manage continuous professional development and educator performance. Ensure smooth operations that align with the centre’s business goals.
