Kingsmen Capital Partners is a specialist private credit and structured finance institution operating across Australia and New Zealand. The firm originates, structures and manages senior secured, mezzanine and bespoke credit exposures across residential, commercial and development mandates. Kingsmen operates under an institutional governance architecture supported by Investment Committee oversight, disciplined credit policy frameworks, AML/CTF compliance, Responsible Manager supervision and rigorous execution protocols. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, this role carries senior accountability for identifying, engaging, converting and scaling capital commitments across Kingsmen’s funds and strategies. The mandate is singular, commercial and outcome‑driven: the consistent sourcing of high‑quality investors and the conversion of those relationships into funded capital commitments. This role is intentionally reserved for individuals operating at the highest level of investment capital raising. Kingsmen is seeking a capital professional with an established global network, institutional credibility and a demonstrated ability to independently source investors and convert senior investor relationships into committed and deployed capital at scale. The role carries responsibility for delivering sustained capital inflows of approximately $10 million per month , on a recurring and scalable basis, sourced from family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators. The successful candidate will operate within Kingsmen’s governance framework, regulatory obligations and fiduciary standards, while maintaining an uncompromising focus on investor sourcing, capital conversion, execution quality and long‑term allocator relationships. Kingsmen welcomes engagement with senior capital raising professionals across global markets. The role is designed for individuals with established international investor networks and the capability to source, engage and convert capital commitments across jurisdictions, in alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Independently source, originate and engage family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators. Secure material capital commitments across Kingsmen’s private credit strategies from sourced investor relationships. Build, manage and convert a disciplined investor pipeline into funded allocations and repeat mandates. Lead senior‑level investor engagement, articulating Kingsmen’s investment philosophy, underwriting discipline, governance framework and return profile with authority and institutional precision. Drive discussions on allocation sizing, mandate structures, liquidity parameters and onboarding requirements. Maintain disciplined execution from initial investor sourcing through to committed and deployed capital. Investor Engagement & Market Positioning Represent Kingsmen with authority and institutional credibility across investor meetings and strategic engagements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure capital inflows remain aligned with portfolio deployment capacity and risk appetite. Provide structured intelligence to the CEO and CIO on investor sentiment, allocation dynamics and broader capital market conditions. Governance, Compliance & AFSL Alignment Ensure all investor sourcing, capital raising and engagement activity adheres to AFSL obligations, Corporations Act requirements, trustee protocols and AML/CTF standards. Support investor onboarding workflows including AML/KYC verification, source‑of‑funds validation and compliance sign‑off. Maintain robust audit trails, CRM workflows, communication logs and allocation records consistent with Kingsmen’s governance posture. Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all investor‑facing materials and interactions uphold regulatory and fiduciary standards. Performance Benchmarks Sustained capital inflows of approximately $10 million per month. Consistent sourcing of high‑quality investors and conversion into funded allocations and repeat mandates. Remuneration Kingsmen offers a highly competitive, performance‑linked remuneration structure commensurate with the seniority, accountability and capital impact of this role. The final structure will reflect the candidate’s demonstrated track record in investor sourcing, capital raising and relationship conversion at scale. Required Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior capital raising, investor sourcing or institutional fundraising roles across alternative investments, asset management, structured products or capital markets. Demonstrated history of independently sourcing investors and consistently converting those relationships into material capital commitments, including evidence of sustained monthly inflows at scale. Established and active relationships with family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators across international markets. Strong understanding of investment structures, risk assessment, portfolio construction and return attribution.
