This role blends strategic digital marketing leadership with practical franchise support — helping grow our national brand and enabling local franchisees to thrive in their markets. You’ll lead the rollout of our new e‑mail marketing platform, manage campaigns across digital channels, and optimise our website content to align with customers’ research behaviour and our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the rollout of our email marketing platform, including automation for lead nurture and customer journeys. Manage website content to support both B2B and B2C audiences. Implement the social media strategy for national pages and support local content creation. Oversee an external SEO specialist/agency to optimise visibility across search and AI‑driven platforms. Execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns to grow awareness and web traffic. Guide and support digital Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives for franchisees. What You’ll Bring Qualifications in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven commercial results. Email marketing automation and CRM management Paid and organic social media campaigns Google Ads and analytics Digital Local Area Marketing in a franchise or multi‑site environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
