Senior Sales Advisor, Liverpool One Store Job Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Sales advisor. In this role you will work closely with our store management team, in order to drive the store team to ensure excellent customer service and store performance. Responsibilities Understand store targets and KPIs to ensure that targets are delivered. Take responsibility for running departments within the store and ensuring that all targets are met, and high standards are maintained at all times. Manage the shopfloor, including queues, customer issues, stock availability issues and printing issues, to ensure that high standards are delivered and maintained. Ensure all deliveries are received and processed in the most efficient manner and the shopfloor is commercially merchandised. Undertake keyholder responsibilities, which will include holding the store in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager & Store Supervisor; open and close the store, carry out till counts, investigate, resolve, action or escalating any till losses or discrepancies, cashing up, safe counts, banking and managing collections, completing all of this in accordance with Store standards and compliance checks. Review daily handover documents and daily planner to allocate daily activities to the store team, using this detail to talk through the daily brief with the team, providing key targets for the day and allocating sections and/or jobs to the store team. Review that activities are being actioned and follow up as necessary. Complete customer service observations and floor walks to ensure we maintain high store standards and direct the team to implement any actions. Support with shopfloor moves and any promotional activities and product launches, e.g. Kit launch and taking responsibility for any key actions in preparation for key launches/events. Support the management team in delivering refresher training to the existing store team, whilst supporting the induction and training of new store team members. Undertake all tasks in accordance with our retail standards and participate in regular meetings and training. Qualifications Leadership experience working in a retail store environment and ability to motivate and drive a team. Strong product awareness and understanding of good customer experience. Experience in a customer‑facing setting, having developed excellent customer service skills. Excellent numerical and analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Eye for detail and confidence working in a fast‑paced environment, working as part of a team and independently, with ability to make operational decisions. Why Apply?
